Presidential candidate Vladimir Zelensky, who is in Paris, gave a comment about yesterday’s scandalous telephone conversation with Petro Poroshenko.

“I don’t like being insulted. And since I am not yet a president, I can afford to be myself until the end. And I believe that during these five years, Poroshenko did everything to prevent our country from developing. His supporters believe that he did everything he could for Ukraine, ”he told the journalist.

Zelensky said he likes to talk on equal terms.

“This man (Poroshenko, – ed.) Said so many times that I am a puppet and a drug addict, that I have no respect for him.

I have respect for the institution of the presidency, but not for it. Because it is a popularly elected president. But on a moral level, purely human, I believe that he is simply insulting.

Inside the “Quarter 95” everyone knows that I have quite a serious exposure. I forgive humanly any person. You can hurt me several times, but I no longer have cheeks. I framed the left, framed the right, but I’m a living person. They talked to me like that, and I answered as I saw fit, ”he noted.

As already reported, “Russian Spring” , Zelensky humiliated the President of Ukraine on the air of Ukrainian television.
