The Ukrainian Ambassador to Canada recognized the Russian Crimea. This was announced by former deputy head of the presidential administration under Yanukovich Andrei Portnov.

So, on November 17, 2017 in the Crimea there was an unusual sale and purchase transaction of 20,000 sq. M. m of land.

The seller was Andriy Shevchenko, a model Ukrainian patriot and the appointed Ambassador of Ukraine to Canada to Petro Poroshenko, and the buyer was a certain Russian citizen from Russian Bashkortostan.

The contract on the Russian notarial form and seal with a double-headed eagle states that the owner of this land, Andrey Shevchenko, acts on the basis of a diplomatic passport and sells the land at the address: Russian Federation, Republic of Crimea, Saki District.

It was in this formulation that it sounded in the treaty: the Russian Federation, the Republic of Crimea.

In accordance with the Family Code of the Russian Federation, Shevchenko’s spouse, Anna Gomonay, has agreed to sell the land.

The ambassador and “patriot” earned 4,700,000 Russian rubles from the transaction in the “occupied territory”, which was 78,000 dollars at the exchange rate on the day of sale, made all cadastral payments and debts.

On his page on the social network, Portnov said that, having performed all of the above actions, Mr. Shevchenko committed direct and indirect recognition of Russian jurisdiction and Russian bodies on Ukrainian territory, that is, he committed treason.

“In order to hide the deal, the Ambassador wrote out a power of attorney from her subordinate consul in Canada for her conclusion, disguising the need for personally signing a document on a Russian form and receiving money from Russia.

And to completely cover up the traces, the Ambassador hid this income in the declaration for 2017, despite the fact that the land contract contains a direct indication of its full payment even before the conclusion, ”writes Portnov, enclosing the relevant documents.

He promised to publicly appeal to law enforcement agencies, the courts and the Foreign Ministry, stating that the ultimate goal is to dismiss the ambassador, confiscate all his property and bring him to criminal liability.

“This should be an illustrative process, and we will cover every detail of it,” concluded Portnov.
