The odious Ukrainian journalist Roman Tsimbalyuk proposed to create Ukrainian Russian.

As conceived by Tsimbalyuk, this “linguistic Frankenstein” should satisfy those who do not know Ukrainian, but do not want to speak Russian.

According to him, “Ukrainian Russian” will be very different from the literary version of the Russian language.

He voiced his idea on YouTube’s author’s channel, stressing that the introduction of “Ukrainian Russian” will not affect the status of the language as the only state language.

“Perhaps, after some time, it will be necessary to introduce such a thing as Ukrainian Russian. And by the way, he is already different. And the further, the stronger. A lot of words have different stress, pronunciation and, of course, a very big difference in the prepositions, ”said Tsymbalyuk.

Naturally, the first thing the “patriot” clung to is a preposition in / on. He suggests not to waste time on trifles and to fix in the “Ukrainian Russian” a stable lexical structure “on Russia”.

“In our version of the Russian language, in Ukrainian Russian (this is like American English), by the way, this can be introduced as a rule in Russia. It sounds like, right? When was the last time you were in Russia? I don’t even cut my ear, ”the journalist said sarcastically.

Network users are already actively discussing what other spelling errors can be made the norm in “Ukrainian Russian”.
