The Solomenskiy District Court of Kiev ordered the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine to begin criminal proceedings “in fact for the embezzlement of public funds” by presidential candidate Vladimir Zelensky.

This was stated by the chairman of the public organization “Ukrainian self-defense” Alexander Dudka. In particular, Zelensky is charged with making a movie in which there is no Ukrainian or Crimean Tatar language.

“We went to court and got a decision, which has now been submitted to NABU. By this decision, the investigating judge of the Solomensky District Court decided to enter the data into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations into the embezzlement of public funds, ”he said.

It’s about the movie “I, you, he, she.” Dudka noted that Zelensky, as the founder of JSC Kinokvartal, received from the State Agency for Cinema issues a part of funds for the shooting of this film.

In accordance with the law, according to the public man, the film should have been shot in Ukrainian or Crimean Tatar languages, but instead turned out to be completely Russian-speaking. The chairman of the public organization “Ukrainian Self-Defense” noted that this has evidence of a criminal offense — embezzlement of public funds. According to him, he addressed the relevant law enforcement agencies in January of this year. His appeal was redirected to NABU, “where they ignored it.”
