The initially announced list of the Russian national men’s team for the European biathlon tournament in Minsk included Anton Babikov, Matvei Yeliseyev, Yevgeny Garanichev, Alexander Loginov, Dmitry Malyshko, Nikita Porshnev and Maxim Tsvetkov.
