In Kiev, a thief set a dog on policemen, cops opened fire (PHOTOS)

Today, on April 3, a man stole a package of packages on the market in Svyatoshinsky district of Kiev and tried to escape from the vendors and the police by setting a dog on them. It is reported by the press service of the Kiev police.

The incident occurred on the market on the street Simirenko. Policemen who arrived at the scene, found two men with bite marks. Militiamen began to pursue the robber, however he again incited the dog. As a result, the local police officer used a service gun: the shot was fatal to the animal.

Two civilians and one policeman received dog bites. They are provided with medical assistance by ambulance doctors who were called by witnesses.

Law enforcers detained the owner of the animal in accordance with Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine. He faces punishment for robbery (Art. 186 of the Criminal Code) and a threat or violence against a law enforcement officer (Art. 345 of the Criminal Code).
