Former and current members of President Trump’s legal team have compiled research to make the case that former FBI Director James B. Comey misled Congress in his testimony and is not a reliable witness for special counsel Robert Mueller. The lawyers last year tried to persuade Mr. Mueller to investigate Mr. Comey, his former colleague, to no avail.
