MINSK, November 29. /TASS/. Almost 100 Russian citizens who have flown from Minsk to Kiev since the beginning of this week had to return to Minsk due to the refusal to enter the country. That said, the number of such passengers reduced four times during the past day, the Belarusian State Border Committee told TASS on Thursday.

“Nine Russian citizens, including one from Zaporozhia, returned to Minsk during the past day,” State Border Committee Spokesman Anton Bychkovsky reported.

Bychkovsky specified that “the situation in these areas (Ukrainian airports – TASS) regarding quantitative data and the passenger flow structure has not changed in general.”

The Ukrainian State Border Service states that border guards acted under the law on the basis of which they register foreigners. “The citizens of the Russian Federation failed to confirm the goal of their trip, so they were not permitted to enter Ukraine,” border guards explained.
