GENEVA, February 27. /TASS/. Venezuela’s Acting Vice President Delcy Rodriguez will visit Moscow on March 1 in order to discuss the situation in the republic, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza informed on Wednesday.

“She plans to meet with minister Lavrov. Of course, [there will be a discussion] of the situation in Venezuela, of the coordination of actions aimed to halt any attempts to start a war against Venezuela. [They will discuss] the protection of UN principles along with Russia, as well as joint projects,” the minister noted.

In response to a question about Caracas requesting military aid from Moscow, Arreaza highlighted the role of military-technical cooperation between the two countries. “It will continue to develop in the future,” he added.
